I forgot my membership number. How can I look it up?

Members of the International Early Psychosis Association must include their membership number in order to receive discounted registration rates. Contact if you need assistance obtaining your membership number.

I paid my registration, but my IEPA Conference Account home page still shows that I need to register. What do I do?

My student registration is incomplete. What do I have to do?

After you have submitted payment for the student discount registration, you must reply to the confirmation email with a signed letter of recommendation from your adviser on university letterhead. Email the letter to with your name and affiliation in your account if you can’t find the original email.

I’m unable to pay by credit card. Are other payment options available?

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?

The last day to request a refund is 30 September 2016. No refunds can be completed after this date. For cancellations made by 1 August 2016, registration fees will be refunded less a $150 administration fee; cancellations made between 1 August and 30 September 2016 will receive a 50% refund. Can I get a duplicate receipt for my registration?

I need a Certificate of Attendance. How do I request one?

Visit the Onsite Registration Desk for a Certificate of Attendance. We can only issue Certificates of Attendance on the second and third days of the conference.

Do you offer continuing education credits (CME Accreditation)?

Italian participants who register for the conference will have the option to register for CME continuing medical education credits. T.M.T., CME Provider is managing the CME accreditation process for Italian nationals only. There are no continuing education credits outside of Italy.

How do I register for CME Accreditation at IEPA?

Once you have completed the registration process and paid for your registration to attend the conference, Italian delegates are invited to complete the registration form for CMEs.
IEPA 10 Conference will be accredited for the following disciplinary areas: Medical Surgeon, Psychologist, Professional Trainer, Nurse. Credits will be given only to Italian participants attending 100% of the conference and providing correct answers to at least 75% of the questions included in the Final Assessment and Satisfaction Questionnaire. The Provider will send CME Certificates to the Italian participants aft the conference.

How do I request a letter for invitation for my VISA?

Nationals of the following countries do not require a visa for visits up to a maximum of 90 days, for tourism, on missions, business, invitations, ought to take part in sports events, study:

Albania, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Dominica, El Salvador, Emirati Arabi Uniti, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), Guatemala, Grenada, Honduras, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Macao, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Northern Marianas, Panama, Paraguay, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Samoa, Santa Lucia, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, South Korea, St, Vincent e Granadine, Taiwan, Timor Est, Trinidad e Tobago, United States, Uruguay, Vanatu, Venezuela.

Citizens of Taiwan exemption from visa obligation is applied exclusively to holders of passports with identity card number included.

Citizens of Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia are exempt from visa obligation only if the passport contains biometric data.

This does not apply to citizens of Serbia holding passports issued by the Serbian Coordination Directorate (“Koordinaciona uprava”).

Nationals of San Marino, the Holy See and Switzerland do not require a visas in any case.

We can provide letters of invitation to registered attendees however as a rule, aliens applying for visas must visit the diplomatic or consular offices in person to be interviewed on the reasons and circumstances of the visit.
Applications must be accompanied by a valid travel document on which it is materially possible to appose the visa, together with any supporting documents that may be required. This documentation, depending on the type of visa requested or which the Mission deems it can issue, is obliged to state:

– the purpose of the visit
– means of transport and return
– means of support during travel and sojourn
– accommodation arrangements.

I’d like to bring a guest to the meeting. Do you have a guest policy?

Social Delegates registration is reserved for the family or friends of registered attendees who wish to attend the meeting social events. Social delegates are not members of the Early Psychosis field and have no interest in attending the meeting sessions.
