Account Access

An IEPA Conference Account is required for conference registration.

Registration Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to . Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.

Refunds of conference registrations fees paid less a US $150 administration fee will be granted until May 21, 2018. Cancellations received between May 21 and September 5, 2018 will be refunded less 50%. No refunds are possible for cancellations received after 5th September 2018.

Registration Substitution

Registrant substitutions of equal levels (i.e. member to member; or non-member to non-member) will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the IEPA Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 30 September 2018.

Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid, plus the substitute attendee’s name, email and affiliation. Send registration substitution requests to

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Identification badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk. Attendees must wear the official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all IEPA 10 meeting events. To motivate attendees to remember their badge each day, and to minimize the environmental costs of reprints, we require a $5 fee for printing replacement badges onsite.

Continuing Education Credits

IEPA 11 and The Continuing Education Program at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center offers Continuing Education Units for Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers and Nurses attending the Plenary and Symposium Sessions. There are a total of 17 continuing education hours; the deadline to purchase the certificate is 5th September 2018.  Please visit our CE Accreditation page for more information.

The certificate fee is $50 and is only available to attendees in the United States in the following professions: Psychologists, Counselors, Social Workers, Nurses.

Certificate of Attendance

IEPA will provide Certificates of Attendance immediately following the event to everybody who registers and check-ins at the conference in Boston. There is no fee for the Certificate of Attendance at IEPA 11.

Student Registration Discount

Discounted registration is offered to university students who are working towards their degree in mental health. Student registration fees must be paid in full and accompanied by a signed Letter of Recommendation from the student’s adviser/supervisor on university letterhead. Letters should be sent via email in .pdf format to . The last day to receive a student discount registration is 5th September 2018.
