The initial weeks following a first episode of psychosis can be challenging and overwhelming for young people and their families. Supporting them to access good quality information that is easily understood is essential for engagement, adherence and recovery. We will describe the development of the New Zealand Early Psychosis Web Resource - Talking Minds (www.talkingminds.co.nz) from conception, co-development with young people to implementation. We will share our experiences on platform choices and partnerships with service users, designers, clinicians and media content producers. We will also specifically discuss some of our learnings from designing web-resources for people actively experiencing psychotic symptoms.
