Account Access

An IEPA Conference Account is required for conference registration.

Registration Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to . Please include the attendee’s name, email address, membership status and amount paid.

Refunds of Conference registration fees paid less a US$150 administration fee will be granted until 1 August 2016. Cancellations received between 1 August 2016 and 30 September 2016 will be refunded less 50%. No refund will be possible for cancellations received after 30 September 2016.

Registration Substitution

Registrant substitutions of equal levels (i.e. member to member; or non-member to non-member) will be accepted only with written permission of the original registrant and with approval of the IEPA Registration Manager. Substitution request deadline is 30 September 2016.

Substitution requests must come from the original registrant and include their original registrant’s name, membership level, and amount paid, plus the substitute attendee’s name, email and affiliation. Send registration substitution requests to

Registration Confirmation and Conference Badge

Confirmation of your registration is sent via email immediately upon receipt of payment. Identification badges will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk. Attendees must wear the official conference badge at all times and present it for admission to all IEPA 10 meeting events. To motivate attendees to remember their badge each day, and to minimize the environmental costs of reprints, we require a $5 fee for printing replacement badges onsite.

Continuing Medical Education Credits

IEPA 10 CONFERENCE will be accredited by the Italian Commission for Continuing Education for the following disciplinary area: Medical Surgeon, Psychologist, Professional trainer, Nurse.

Credits will be given only to Italian participants attending 100% of the Conference and providing correct answers to at least 75% of the questions included in the Final Assessment and Satisfaction Questionnaires. The Provider will send CME certificates to the Italian Participants after the Conference.

Student Registration Discount

Discounted registration is offered to university students who are working towards their degree in mental health. Student registration fees must be paid in full and accompanied by a signed Letter of Recommendation from the student’s adviser/supervisor on university letterhead. Letters should be sent via email in .pdf format to . The last day to receive a student discount registration is 30 September 2016.
